My name is Shanice ,I am a Licensed Esthetician in the state of Illinois , and I love what I do , I am advance in all of your esthetics needs, from facials ,eyelashes, body treatment and much more , I care about the well being of your skin. I treat my clients how I want to be treated in my services , polite, listened to, and not rush. My business is a place of self care , and I will strive to provide that throughout your service . Disclaimer -BF Esthetics is able to deny service to anybody without reason , and without providing deposits back -Please book service within 24hrs before service date. -Please wait for confirmation -Please confirm appointment within 12 hrs of confirmation text (failure to do so , may result in cancellation of appointment ) -Any SAME DAY appointments will be a $10 FEE ADDED TO SERVICE CHARGE , please message if needed -There will be a 12 minute grace period for all appointments , after the 11 minute the appointment will be cancelled -After 2 no shows or cancellation , I will no longer be able to service you -TOUCH UP POLICY , you can get a touch up, free of charge if you feel like some hair was left , within 5 days of the appointment , after the 5 days you will have to pay full service listed price on menu for any additional hair removal . -No guest ,just person in service (If you have to bring a guest they will have to wait in lobby(kids included)) -Cash , Apple Pay, Cash App, Tap)) are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy that states : This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. (Please Cancel Appointment 48 hrs before appointment. Grace period for Appointment is 11 minutes , after 11 mins appointment will be considered no-show/canceled ) The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
